UXMAL TOWER.

Project by a single investor: purchase of a 9-apartment building for remodeling in order to rent out each floor. Modern finishes were sought with a single typology (2 bedrooms), open spaces and execution of work without intervening on the façade. An attempt was made to rescue finishes that would add value to each of the apartments.
